The Model Workshop that was built by Tech boys, under the eagle eyes of Mr. Simmonds, and Mr Overing, during the period 1949 - 55, and which won an award at The Model Engineering Exhibition in London. It is now in safe keeping in the Chelmsford Industrial Museum, Sandford Mill.
